He may be best known for his role as a crystal meth addict in HBO hit series Breaking Bad but Aaron Paul showed he had some serious skills behind the wheel earlier this month.
The 34-year-old actor was the latest celeb to take part in Top Gear's Star in a Reasonably Priced Car. The regular segment of the BBC driving show sees famous faces attempt to drive a lap in the same car in the fastest time. Each series the stars are then ranked against each other to see who completes the challenge in the least amount of time.
AC/DC's Brian Johnson was the current leader but Aaron managed to knock him off the top spot with his time of 1:44.7, shaving mere milliseconds off the former rocker's record time of 1:45.1.
However, the American actor played it cool as he met with Jeremy Clarkson before his lap was played out to the studio audience. Playing down his chances of coming anywhere near the top, Aaron just said that he didn't want to come at the bottom of the board.
He said: "I just don't want to get last. Setting high goals for myself not to get last."
During his lap, he uttered his famous catchphrase of his Jesse Pinkman character in Breaking Bad, much to the delight of the Top Gear studio audience.
After the lap had been played, before his official time was revealed, Aaron Paul made it clear that all he wanted to do was beat James Blunt – who is currently in 12th place.
"I have no idea," he added. "I want to be above James Blunt."
He was overjoyed, as were the thousands of fans of the show, when his time was revealed and he realised that he was at the top of the leaderboard. He beat the likes of Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch, Thor actor Tom Hiddleston and Harry Potter favourite Warwick Davis to reach first place.
Aaron Paul fans may think he has had plenty of practice, and it is pretty apt, that he should get the fastest time as his new film 'Need for Speed' features many fast cars and adrenaline-fueled chases.
