The world gained its first glimpse of the new three-door Kia pro_cee’d GT and the five-door Kia cee’d GT a week ago, with the South Korean car manufacturer now ready to reveal even more details about its newest vehicle models.<\/p>\n

Both of the cars represent Kia’s first venture into the high-performance vehicle market, with the models’ power coming courtesy of a 1.6-litre GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) petrol engine.<\/p>\n

This motor will be equipped with a twin-scroll turbocharger and strengthened internal components to make the pro_cee’d GT and the cee’d GT sharper vehicles when out on the open road.<\/p>\n

In fact, the engine design allows the cars to boast a maximum power of 201bhp and up to 195 lb\/ft of torque. Furthermore, reaching 62mph from a standstill in either of these cars takes a mere 7.9 seconds.<\/p>\n

Kia has also made sure that this power does not compromise the comfort of being behind the wheel of a c’eed or a pro_cee’d, by making substantial developments on the chassis and suspension of each vehicle.<\/p>\n

The GT models will stand out on the road too, thanks to a fresh grille design and lamp clusters. Deeper bumpers, 18-inch alloy wheels, unique paintjobs and red brake callipers are all set to catch the eye as well.<\/p>\n

Drivers can get their hands on both the three-door Kia pro_cee’d GT and the five-door Kia cee’d GT in mid-2013.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, motorists can experience the thrill of driving a Kia by checking out the great car leasing<\/a> offer that is being presented on the South Korean manufacturer’s Sportage 1.7 CRDi 1 five-door Diesel Estate<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Monthly instalments of \u00a3197.99 present a vehicle that limits CO2 emissions to just 135g\/km while still being able to boast 0-62mph in a blistering 11.9 seconds and deliver 54.3mpg on a combined cycle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
