What do I need to know about the Jeep Avenger?
The Jeep Avenger is the firm’s smallest model in its range and is a rival to the likes of the Peugeot 2008 and Vauxhall Mokka.
It features a decent amount of interior space, has low running costs and attractive styling, all to make it an appealing package for those who need a compact crossover.
So, what does the Jeep Avenger have to offer? We’ve compiled a list of all the things you need to know about Jeep’s smallest car on sale and one which we’re proud to offer here at UK CarLine.
There is a choice of multiple powertrains

Jeep offers the Avenger with plenty of different engine options to suit all kinds of buyers, featuring petrol, hybrid and electric powertrains.
The petrol engine is a 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbocharged unit that produces a total of 98bhp and 205Nm of torque. It’s available with a choice of manual or automatic transmissions, it can hit 60mph in 10.3 seconds and will reach a top speed of 114mph.
There is a mild-hybrid model that boasts 48-volt technology and features the same 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, but power and torque levels remain the same. However, you can get an all-wheel-drive version which bumps power up to 134bhp and 230Nm of torque.
If you want to go electric, Jeep has you covered with the Avenger Electric. Under the bonnet, there is a 54kWh battery pack with an electric motor that produces a total of 154bhp and 260Nm of torque. In terms of power, the car can do 0-60mph in 9.3 seconds and will reach a top speed of 93mph.
Also, Jeep claims the electric variant can travel up to 248 miles on a single charge and that the car is compatible with 100kW DC rapid charging, allowing for a 20 to 80 per cent top up to take less than 30 minutes.
It’s available with a ‘4xe’ variant

If you want a more rough and tough version, the Avenger 4xe is also available. It features a 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbocharged mild-hybrid petrol engine with two electric motors to create four-wheel-drive.
The term ‘4xe’ stands for ‘four-wheel-drive with electric’ and turns the Avenger into a mini off-roader. The exterior is enhanced with roof rails, grey alloy wheels, all-terrain tyres and a 10mm raised ride height.
There are six trim levels available

The standard Avenger range consists of Longitude, Altitude and Summit, while the 4xe model can be specified in Upland, Overland and The North Face Edition.
The entry-level Longitude is priced from £25,750 and features 16-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights and a 10.25-inch infotainment screen. The Altitude is priced from £27,750 and includes adaptive cruise control, 17-inch alloy wheels and silver skid plates. The Summit comes in at £29,750 and boasts a wireless phone charger, privacy glass and power folding wing mirrors.
The 4xe range kicks off at £31,219 for the Upland and includes mud and snow tyres, a rear tow hook and roof rails. The Overland is priced from £33,219 and adds rear LED tail lights, a 360-degree parking camera and blind-spot monitoring. Meanwhile, the flagship The North Face Edition comes in at £35,219 and features a heated front windscreen and seats, a powered tailgate and rubber floor mats.
It has a decent amount of storage space inside

Inside, the Avenger packs plenty of space for occupants with a decent amount of head and legroom for rear seat passengers.
Up front, there is a shelf that runs across the dashboard, a centre armrest that doubles up as some underfloor storage, a centre storage cut out and deep rear seat pockets.
In terms of boot capacity, the petrol and hybrid models offer a total of 321 litres of space, while the electric variant boasts up to 355 litres.
It sits on the CMP platform
All Avengers sit on Stellantis’ CMP platform, which stands for ‘Common Modular Platform’ or eCMP for the electric variants.
This is a common platform used throughout other brands owned by Stellantis and some of the Avenger’s direct rivals also sit on this platform too, including the Alfa Romeo Junior, the Peugeot 2008 and Vauxhall Mokka.
Here at UK CarLine, we offer the Jeep Avenger with a variety of payment options, including competitive leasing schemes. If you’d like to find out more, then get in touch with a member of the team today.
