We’re looking for an AAT Level 4 qualified professional with Sage50 expertise to join our growing finance team and support the smooth running of our accounts function.
What You’ll Be Doing
- ✔ Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable processes
- ✔ Handling bank reconciliations to keep our accounts balanced
- ✔ Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- ✔ Assisting with month-end & year-end accounting tasks
- ✔ Maintaining general ledgers and journal entries
- ✔ Supporting the preparation of management accounts
What We’re Looking For
- ✅ AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent
- ✅ 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role
- ✅ Strong Sage50 knowledge
- ✅ Excel wizardry including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas
- ✅ Experience preparing VAT Returns
- ✅ A great communicator with strong attention to detail

The Website Pricing Analyst will be responsible for working out leasing costs of cars and vans using online finance systems, spreadsheets, and calculations. Working within the pricing and marketing department, you’ll help keep UK Carline’s advertised pricing competitive and accurate across our branded websites and external advertising portals.

Join UK Carline Vehicle Leasing as a Digital Marketeer and become an integral part of our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on managing our in-house marketing program, promoting our vehicle leasing offers, sharing company news, and supporting our pricing team with SEO, content creation, website updates, and various marketing projects using programs such as Mailchimp.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email marketing programs using Mailchimp, SMS and other platforms
- Support website visibility through optimisation methods
- Carry out competitor market research and analysis
- Create written content for website, banners, emails and marketing avenues
- Create and manage PPC and remarketing campaigns
- Assist with website development projects, testing and deployment
- Support online and offline marketing projects
- Ensure marketing activity complies with FCA and Consumer Duty requirements
Requirements
- Experience managing email campaigns, including Mailchimp
- 1 - 2 years of industry experience, or a recent graduate with relevant experience
- Experience of search engine optimisation SEO
- Proficient using Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset
- A demonstrated passion for digital marketing
- Organised and able to work under pressure
- Degree-level or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Advertising or similar

The Role
- Processing finance applications
- Preparing lease documentation
- Coordinating vehicle deliveries
- Updating CRM records
- Communicating with customers and suppliers
- Maintaining accuracy, organisation and reliability
Key Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with financial information
- Confident using Outlook, Excel and Word
- Able to manage multiple live cases at once
- Professional telephone manner
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Finance, insurance, motor trade or regulated experience is advantageous but not essential
Salary & Hours
- £27,000 basic salary
- Monthly performance bonus, OTE £30,300
- Full-time, permanent
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
