Preston – Office Based
£27,000 basic + up to £3,300 bonus

UK Carline is a well-established vehicle leasing company based in Preston. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Customer Support Team.
This is a structured administrative role, not a sales position.
The role involves processing finance applications, preparing lease documentation, coordinating vehicle deliveries, updating CRM records, and communicating with customers and suppliers.
Accuracy, organisation and reliability are essential.
Key Requirements
Experience in finance, insurance, motor trade or other regulated environments is advantageous but not essential.
Full training provided.

✔ Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable processes
✔ Handling bank reconciliations to keep our accounts balanced
✔ Preparing quarterly VAT returns
✔ Assisting with month-end & year-end accounting tasks
✔ Maintaining general ledgers and journal entries
✔ Supporting the preparation of management accounts
✅ AAT Level 4 qualification (or equivalent)
✅ 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role
✅ Strong Sage50 knowledge (a must-have!)
✅ Excel wizardry (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas)
✅ Experience preparing VAT Returns

The Website Pricing Analyst will be a critical part of our team, responsible for working out leasing costs of cars and vans using a variety of online finance systems, spreadsheets, and calculations. Working within the pricing and marketing department team, you will determine competitive pricing strategies to gain market share and achieve revenue goals for the company. The main role of a pricing analyst is to ensure UK Carline always have the best and most accurate pricing advertised on multiple vehicle manufacturers across our various branded websites and external advertising portals.
Key Responsibilities
Previous experience in a similar FCA regulated environment would be advantageous. Educated to A-Level or equivalent is a minimum requirement.
Our normal working hours are between 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Business hours)
