All of our leases are on a fixed interest basis and remain fixed, regardless of what happens to bank base rates. This will enable you to maintain accurate monthly budgeting. Our maintenance packages are also fixed cost, meaning you won't have to worry about rising rates and prices for the duration of your contract.
No depreciation or disposal worries
Would you buy a house if you knew it would lose upwards of 40% of its value in the first year? Cars and vans depreciate in value, but with leasing this isn't your problem - all residual value risk is taken by the funder. There are charges if there is damage over and above fair wear and tear, or if the pre-agreed mileage allowance is exceeded - but these costs are controlled and monitored to ensure you are treated fairly.
When taking out a lease you'll have the option to add fixed cost maintenance. This includes tyres, all routine services, repairs, parts and labour, and all of this can usually be booked with one simple phone call - reducing the time you or your staff spend looking after the upkeep of the vehicles.
No major upfront costs
There is no need for a major initial cost to acquire your new vehicle - a small initial rental is usually all that is required. This is usually equal to three to nine times the monthly rental.
If you're a business owner, all rentals under a contract hire agreement are treated as an operating cost and therefore can reduce the taxable profit on business by as much as 100% of the total payable rental.
Alternative funding source
When using leasing to acquire a vehicle, business are protecting their other lines of credit - such as loans or overdrafts, and are conserving any available capital - thereby matching funding to the working life of the vehicle.
