We’ve Been Nominated for Three ECCCSA Awards!
The European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) are the largest, and longest running awards in the customer service industry. The awards are highly regarded for their integrity and credibility in the judging process, and their judges are picked for their experience and knowledge.
We’ve been shortlisted for three awards, alongside the likes of Barclays Bank, EE, and Tesco Mobile:
Best Cross-Functional Customer Experience Initiative – This acknowledges that the most successful contact centre teams work closely with other parts of the organisations in order to “do the right thing” for the customer.
Best Customer Service Team (Small) – This award was open to any customer services team who work with their customers via any channel.
Best Voice of the Employee Programme – This category was open to organisations who have implemented an effective framework in their customer services operation that enables people’s voices to be heard and uses their feedback to create a better employee experience.
