Fiat Professional has won two accolades for its range of vans.

The vehicle manufacturer’s Fiorino was named Best City Van and its recently-launched Doblò Work Up won Best Small Pick-Up at the 2013 Trade Van Driver Awards.

Journalists at the Trade Van Driver magazine and a panel of readers who use light commercial vehicles commended both vans for their features.

Trade Van Driver magazine editor Matthew Eisenegger commented: “Trade Van Driver Magazine prides itself on offering a true reflection of the thoughts and feelings of its readership.

“Now in their second year, it is great to see some products taking the accolade for a second time, as well as new products scoring a first win.”

The Fiat Fiorino was said to be economical to run, agile in traffic and easy to park, as well as reasonably priced with regards to repairs.

TVD judges said: “The Fiorino is a superb offering for urban-based use, with its tight turning circle, hi-cube rear end and admirable drivability.”

The Doblò Work Up was applauded for its practicality, particularly among agriculture, construction and maintenance sectors.

Fiat Professional UK director Sebastiano Fedrigo said of the win: “We are delighted to receive these awards from the experts and readers at Trade Van Driver Magazine.

“Our Fiorino and Doblò ranges have proven to be extremely popular not only with large corporate clients but also with small business users such as plumbers, electricians, carpenters and builders.”

The Fiat Fiorino and Doblo ranges are both available to lease from UK Carline. A 48-month contract for the Fiat Fiorino Combi Diesel Contract Hire 1.3 16V Multijet Crew Van is just £255.35 per month excluding VAT, with a £1,532.10 deposit.
