A concern for many people when getting behind the wheel of a brand new vehicle on a car leasing contract is that it is going to be safe to drive. This is an important consideration for people whether they are taking out a contract for personal or professional needs and something that UK Carline takes just as seriously.

This is why we carefully select each of our manufacturers and ensure that only the best are added to our books.

One of these car makers is Nissan, whose Infiniti faction is proving to be one of the safest brands on the roads today.

According to the latest tests carried out by Thatcham, the Infiniti Q50 is carrying some of the most advanced standard fit collision avoidance systems the centre has ever tested. The model has also recently received a five-star Euro NCAP rating, making it clearly one of the safest cars on the market.

The vehicle features a number of premium safety features including Back-up Collision Intervention, which enables the car to detect moving vehicles and objects behind the car when reverse gear is being used. The driver is then warned with both visual and audible alerts and the system can even apply the brakes to avoid a collision.

Lane Departure Warning and Lane Departure Prevention is another system built into the Infiniti Q50. This senses any unintended drifting from lanes on the road and can assist the driver in getting the vehicle back to the centre of its lane. The Blind Spot Intervention and Blind Spot Warning is a world first that helps the driver to avoid vehicles concealed in the blind-spot area during lane-change manoeuvres.

The car also features Predictive Forward Collision Warning that warns the driver of hazards which are in the driver’s blind spots and is able to see two cars in front of the vehicle itself. The Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection provides a virtual 360 degree view of the what is around the car and gives warning of potential hazards.

If safety is a top priority for you when taking out a car leasing contract, one of UK Carline’s specialists can find the perfect vehicle for you, which uses the latest safety features.
