Fiat 500 wins again

The Fiat 500 has won yet another industry honour.

It was crowned Used Car of the Year at the AM Awards in Birmingham and continues its tradition of picking up prizes since it first debuted on British roads.

“Single handedly re-invigorating the Fiat brand since its introduction to the market in 2008, the popularity of the Fiat 500 has not waned, enjoying massive popularity on the used market,” said Jeremy Bennett, editor of AM.

Jonny Miller, group remarketing manager at Fiat Group Automobiles UK, said the car had the perfect combination of desirable aesthetics, reliability and character.

Anyone who seeks this combination but cannot afford to buy a brand new model could opt to use a car leasing scheme to acquire a 500 instead of purchasing a second-hand one.

The car can be hired in a range of specifications which are all Euro V compatible, with engines offering between 69bhp and 100bhp.
