Renault has been recognised for making improvements to its car leasing services, winning a prize at the Fleet News Awards 2011.
The organisation’s ceremony at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel saw Renault pick up the accolade for most improved fleet manufacturer, after it launched a number of initiatives in the past 12 months to improve the service it provides to fleet operators.
Such efforts, Renault UK’s director of fleet and commercial vehicle operations Darren Payne states, include actively seeking out customer feedback and expanding its network of Renault Pro+ centres to ensure businesses have a one-stop shop where they can gain answers to any questions they may have about car leasing.
“Renault’s efforts in listening to what fleet operators want and going the extra mile to deliver it has resulted in a transformation in how it is now perceived in the industry,” the Fleet News judges note.
Such an accolade comes just days after Parker’s named Renault’s Twingo its city car of the year at its inaugural New Car Awards ceremony.
