Vehicle Information
The vehicle specifications displayed on the website are supplied by the vehicle manufacturers to CAP, IDS, Imagin, and EV Database and formatted for our use. Whilst every effort is made to verify and ensure the accuracy of the data, the information should only be used as a guide, and no decision should be made to purchase, hire, or lease a specific vehicle without verification of the latest data from either the manufacturer or franchised dealer. For the avoidance of any doubt, UK Carline Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage arising, in contract, tort or otherwise, directly, or indirectly from the use of or reliance upon any information contained on the Website, nor products or services provided by third parties (whether individuals or corporations) featured on the site.
Once you enter into an agreement, you will be responsible for the running, upkeep, service, and maintenance of that vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended service and maintenance schedule by an approved service and maintenance agent. If you have a fully maintained contract, you are also responsible for making sure the service and maintenance are carried out in accordance with the maintenance contract.

We reserve the right to make any changes to the Website Information without notice and without incurring any liability to you.
For pre-registered vehicles sold with the balance of the manufacturer’s warranty, an MOT will be required (at the customer's cost) 3 years from the published taxation point, in line with UK law. If a vehicle has been pre-registered before delivery to you, you will receive the balance of the manufacturer’s warranty and any roadside assistance cover that was also supplied by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer’s warranty expires during your lease contract period, you will be liable and responsible for any servicing, repairs, or breakdown costs unless you are also covered by a funder maintenance contract. If you do have a funder maintenance package, then any repairs may be covered as per the terms and conditions of your contract. You can find out more information about pre-registered vehicles here.
Vehicles that have been pre-registered prior to delivery to you may have been registered several months prior to the delivery date to you. Please check if your vehicle has been preregistered, as this will have an impact on your service schedule and MOT date.
‘In Stock’ banners displayed on our website refer to vehicles that have been manufactured and are believed, at the time of enquiry, to be available within the dealer, manufacturer, or supplier network in the UK. Such vehicles may be located at a dealership, storage compound, port of entry, or in transit within the UK and will not be under the direct control or ownership of U.K. Carline Limited.
References to ‘In Stock’ vehicles are provided for indicative purposes only. Availability and delivery times may vary depending on the vehicle’s location and are subject to confirmation. An ‘in-stock’ vehicle is not guaranteed to be available until a vehicle order has been confirmed by U.K. Carline Limited.
All Business Contract Hire and Personal Contract Hire agreements include a Road Fund License (VED) for the duration of your contract. Finance Lease agreements include the first 12 months as a minimum. Please check the terms and conditions of your lease agreement carefully. If the cost of the Road Fund License or VED goes up during the term of your agreement, or any extended term, you will be liable to pay the amount of any increase to the finance company.
Expensive Car Supplement (also known as Luxury Car Tax) – In addition to the standard Road Fund License, for cars with a retail price of £40,000 or more (or for fully electric cars (BEV) only, £50,000 or more), there is an additional VED charge of *£425.00 per year (subject to RPI increases). This additional fee will already be included within your monthly rentals, except for two caveats. If there are any increases to the Expensive Car Supplement, the customer will be liable to pay the difference and will be invoiced by the finance company. If, at the point of order, the vehicle was below the Expensive Car Supplement threshold, but there has been a manufacturer retail price increase prior to the date of registration that pushes the official list price to be equal to, or in excess of the threshold, then the customer will be liable for the Expensive Car Supplement cost in full. This is because the original finance quotation did not allow for this cost. In some instances, the vehicle may need to be re-quoted, or the finance company may invoice this separately on an annual basis. * Rates and thresholds shown reflect the position at the time of writing and may change in future.
Prices
Prices quoted for personal leasing include VAT.
Prices quoted for business leasing exclude VAT.
Should the VAT rate change between the placing of the order and the end of your contract, monthly rentals and Road Fund License will be adjusted accordingly.
Should the Road Fund License rate change during your contract, your finance company may charge you accordingly.

Delivery by the dealer to your chosen UK mainland destination, however UK Carline Limited reserves the right to pass on any additional costs associated with delivery on certain vehicle offers. You will be advised of any additional charges prior to the order being processed by us. If they are unacceptable, you will be entitled to choose an alternative vehicle or cancel your order with a full refund,
Number plates,
Road Fund License for the term (if applicable), and
Vehicle Registration Charge.
UK Carline Limited reserves the right to change the price of the vehicle, either before or after an order is placed. If the price of a vehicle is changed after an order is placed, UK Carline Limited shall notify you of the change, and you have the right to withdraw your order if the change is not acceptable.
Prices quoted may vary depending on vehicle colour. This is a result of different residual values set by the finance company, or may depend upon stock availability.
Prices on the website are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by UK Carline Limited, which is capable of acceptance by you.
Prior to processing your order, an order management fee (also referred to as a processing fee) will be required. The amount required will be stated on your order form prior to acceptance by you.
In certain circumstances, a holding deposit may also be required. A holding deposit of up to £1000 may be required prior to the order being placed. This applies to factory-ordered vehicles with additional specifications requested. If a holding deposit is required, this will be stated on your order form prior to acceptance by you.
The subsequent cancellation of any vehicle order will result in a cancellation fee. The amount required is stated on your Information Notice. Information notice will be available to view and read in your Customer Portal.
Any order management fees, holding deposits or cancellation charges will reflect the reasonable costs incurred by UK Carline Limited in providing services up to the point of cancellation. We will not impose excessive or disproportionate charges. Full details of applicable fees will be provided to you before you commit to an order.
Orders
An order of a vehicle from the UK Carline Limited's website is an expression of interest by you to obtain the vehicle ordered at a price similar to that advertised.
An order does not create a contract between you and UK Carline Limited to purchase, hire or lease a vehicle. In order for a contract to be created between you and UK Carline Limited to purchase, hire or lease a vehicle, UK Carline Limited must locate a suitable vehicle that matches the specification you agree to at a price agreed between you and UK Carline Limited. You then must enter into a finance agreement with a finance company. For the avoidance of any doubt, the contract to purchase, hire or lease a vehicle is between you and the finance company, and their contract becomes binding when the agreement is signed by you and countersigned by the finance company. Some agreements are pre-signed by the finance company and become binding once you sign the agreement, and there are no enforced changes to the pricing imposed by the funder, supplier, or vehicle manufacturer between signing the contract and delivery of the vehicle. By signing the order electronically or a wet signature, you are agreeing for UK Carline Limited to source and order the vehicle(s) for you.
On specific deals, you may have the option to change your quote profile via our customer portal. If you amend your quote profile in the portal before accepting it, the original quote reference number may still appear during the signing process. This helps us keep a complete audit record of all versions of your quote. Once you accept the amended quote, a new reference number will be issued to reflect the final agreed-upon terms.
If the vehicle you have ordered is not available, UK Carline Limited will contact you by email or telephone to provide possible alternatives. If the alternative is not acceptable to you, UK Carline Limited will cancel your order and refund any monies paid. If the vehicle is available, UK Carline Limited will confirm an estimated delivery time. Please note that any dates provided are intended as a guide only, and should this date change, we will notify you once we have the information available.
We may introduce you to our carefully selected panel of finance providers, who may then pay us for the introduction. We will not refer you outside of this panel. Where we receive commission from a finance provider, this will not affect the amount you pay under your finance agreement unless expressly disclosed to you. You have the right to request further information about any commission arrangements at any time.
Following a completed proposal application, we will carry out a credit check on you, the individual or company and company directors or partners as part of your application process. Some finance providers use open banking as part of the application process; they may contact you directly to gain consent. If you are applying on behalf of a limited company, you are confirming you have the authority to authorise a credit search in the name of the Company and each Director. The finance company reserves the right to decline any application.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use, store and share your information, including for credit assessments and open banking where applicable. Our Privacy Policy is available on our website.
If after you have been accepted for credit, a new credit proposal is needed because your credit approval has expired, there was an error or omission in your original application, the finance company asked for a new credit application or you wish to apply for finance with a new finance provider, a further credit search may be made on your behalf and this may show on your credit report.
Providing we have received accurate information on your credit application form, most finance providers will respond to a credit application within a few hours to a couple of days, but this also could take up to 14 days during busy periods. UK Carline Limited will do our best to give you a speedy response to your credit application, but this is subject to the finance company. UK Carline Limited cannot secure a vehicle or guarantee the price of a vehicle or the monthly rentals of a lease agreement until we have received an approved finance acceptance and you have entered into a binding contract with the finance provider.
All prices advertised on the UK Carline Limited website are subject to availability and may change at any time. Prices and/or availability of vehicles may change at any point during the time of initial enquiry to the time of your finance acceptance and or vehicle order.
Delivery Month banners display the estimated month of delivery available at the time of advertising and are subject to change.
Estimated delivery dates are given at the time of enquiry and are subject to change. UK Carline Limited will always do our utmost to keep to this estimated delivery date, but we have no control over changes to this delivery date caused by manufacturer build delays or supplying dealership delays.
UK Carline Limited may charge a cancellation fee for services already provided if a vehicle is cancelled. We may also retain any holding deposit or order management fee already paid. Please see our cancellation policy here.
Delivery/Registration
Upon receipt of a correctly completed and signed finance agreement, payment of the order management fee, and if applicable, payment of any balance of monies, UK Carline Limited will arrange delivery of the vehicle to either your home address or business address, depending on the finance company’s terms & conditions.
Please note that the monthly rental/lease price includes the cost of driving the vehicle to your specified address, provided your address is situated on the UK Mainland. Certain delivery locations in Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands or the far South may incur an additional delivery charge, and we reserve the right to recover this charge from you. However, we will advise you if there is an additional delivery charge prior to you completing the finance documentation. If the additional charges are unacceptable to you, you may be able to choose a different or alternative vehicle or cancel your order.
We may be able to deliver to certain addresses in Northern Ireland (NI), but this is subject to approval by the finance provider. Some finance providers may insist that vehicles are supplied locally by dealerships based in NI. This means that not all offers available on the UK Carline Limited website will be available in NI. If you are looking to lease a vehicle and you are based in NI, please speak to us prior to placing an order or completing a finance application.
Deliveries to the Isle of Wight (IOW) will incur additional delivery costs and further identification documentation.
Most finance companies will allow up to 100 miles to arrange delivery of your vehicle. This will not impact your pre-agreed mileage allowance on your lease contract. Additional delivery mileage over 100 miles may be deducted from your contracted lease agreement, subject to the finance company being used for your contract. Transported delivery is available at an additional cost.
Transported Delivery (the vehicle is delivered on a trailer/transporter). This can be arranged, but an additional charge will be made. Please ask your Sales Advisor for further details.
Information on "lead times" are estimates only and do not constitute an obligation to supply the vehicle in the time specified. Delivery dates are subject to change by the manufacturer, and UK Carline Limited has no control or influence over manufacturer lead times and will not accept any responsibility for any losses or inconvenience caused because of a delay by the manufacturer.
Please note that the statutory cooling-off period observed by finance companies applies to all vehicles, and vehicles will not be delivered until the ’ cooling-off’ period has expired.
Local registration of vehicles is not possible.
Proof of insurance is required before delivery can take place. Please note that the hirer obtaining finance must be the main policy holder or a named driver on the insurance certificate, and the insurance must be a fully comprehensive policy.
Battery / Fuel Level at Delivery - Electric, plug-in hybrid, petrol and diesel vehicles are delivered with a reasonable level of battery charge or fuel to allow safe onward travel to a suitable nearby charging or refuelling point. Delivery levels vary due to storage, transport, weather and delivery logistics. Unless we agree otherwise in writing before delivery, we do not guarantee a specific battery percentage, fuel quantity, or driving range at handover. After handover, you are responsible for charging or refuelling as needed for your journeys.
Excess Mileage
The standard excess mileage charge as set out in your lease agreement is valid for up to 100% of the annual mileage allowance. Any additional mileage in excess of 100% of the allowance may be subject to a higher rate. This will be recorded on your finance agreement/lease contract if applicable. Please make sure you read your finance agreement/lease contract in full. If you do not understand any element of your agreement or contract, please contact us for further clarification.
Car Accessories
All non-dealer fit accessories are potentially available; however, UK Carline Limited will be required to investigate the availability of the required options prior to providing an estimated delivery date.
UK Carline Limited reserve the right to refuse installation of an accessory or to offer an alternative if, in the sole opinion of UK Carline Limited, the product is not suitable for installation on the specified vehicle.
UK Carline Limited reserves the right to remove accessories from the order and offer a full refund of any specified accessories which are removed, if it is discovered that the goods are unavailable and/or in the sole opinion of UK Carline Limited are unsuitable for fitting to the vehicle. Please note that the removal/non-fitment of non-dealer-fitted accessories does not entitle you to cancel any finance or lease agreement you have already entered into.
Special Offers / Cashback
From time to time, UK Carline Limited may offer Cashback deals wherein cashback is paid to the customer as part of the lease deal. Cashback is paid out on the delivery of the vehicle.

Statutory Rights
Nothing in these conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
UK Carline Limited is committed to customer service. Should you have any complaints about our service, we will endeavour to resolve them in a fair and effective manner.
For a copy of our customer complaints procedure or if you have a complaint about our service, you should email complaints@ukcarline.com. We are committed to acknowledging your complaint within 3 working days of receipt and undertaking all reasonable efforts to resolve it promptly under the circumstances. We will provide you with a timescale for resolving the dispute. We would seek to resolve any complaint or concern you may have in the first instance; if we are unable to, then you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) or BVRLA Conciliation Service.
