The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to the customer that a commission may be payable by the owner or creditor to the intermediary, and, if the customer asks, the amount of that commission. The Financial Conduct Authority has made it clear that "commission" means any financial consideration.

U.K. Carline Limited offers products and services from a range of Leasing Companies, UK Vehicle Dealerships and Product Providers with whom we have commercial agreements in place. We are primarily a Commission Based Organisation which means that we receive payments for customer introductions, we may charge a Documentation Fee where there is a financial advantage to the customer in our doing so. We will often receive financial remuneration which may be variable or pre-set, dependent on the product & supplier. We do however, offer some deals that carry no or extremely low commission and will therefore carry the aforementioned documentation fee – this will always be shown on any quotations we send you.
We do not see ourselves as an advisory or recommendation service, although we do try to help guide you to some of the best deals we can see that appear to match the brief you give us. Our role is primarily to provide you with quotations and any associated information you require for your chosen vehicle/s, so you can make your own enquiries as to the suitability of the car, and its' affordability.
