• You instruct U.K Carline Limited to purchase and supply the above vehicle for the named purchaser.
• Excess Mileage Charges will increase if you exceed the mileage allowance stated in your finance a greement.
• Any excess mileage charges may rise by up to 50% of the initial pence per mile after exceeding 10% of the total contract mileage (This applies to certain funders only).
• You will have to pay us a processing fee for our services and we may receive payment from the lender if you decide to enter into an agreement with them.
• U.K. Carline Limited will do its best to deliver your vehicle on the estimated delivery date, but this is subject to delivery agents, manufacturers, and factors too remote for U.K. Carline Limited to control.
• For pre-registered vehicles sold with the balance of the manufacturer's warranty, an MOT will be required (at customers cost) 3 years from the published taxation point, in line with UK law.
• You undertake that when the vehicle is delivered to you, you have entered into an agreement incorporating the financial details set out above, and U.K Carline Limited standard terms and conditions, with such alterations as U.K Carline Limited reasonably require. You may wish to take independent legal advice prior to executing this agreement.
• Please note that should this order be cancelled for any reason whatsoever; a cancellation fee will become payable. UK Carline Limited is also fully within its rights to recharge any costs incurred and recover the same from the signatory to this agreement. Although some finance agreements are cancellable without charge, by signing this form you are authorising UK Carline Limited to order the above vehicle on your behalf, and as such agree to any charges that we may incur upon cancelling this agreement. • This agreement contains the whole agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior written or oral agreement between them, and the parties confirm that they have not entered into this agreement on the basis of any representations that are not expressly incorporated in this agreement.
